As we value our customer, it is not mandatory that you should be available when the cleaner comes. However, It is important to discuss your needs prior to the service and help make both you and the cleaner happy.
Yes, You can request for the same cleaner each time.
Yes, you can give the keys to our cleaner. However, it is important to specify this at the time of booking, when and where the key can be found.
Upon Booking, a follow up call or an email would be send to the customers to confirm the mode of payment. Cash, Cheque or EFTPOS are the available payment methods at the end of each service.
You can call us to cancel or reschedule a booking. We don’t charge any cancellation fee. We would sincerely appreciate if you could intimate us the changes in booking by at least 24 hours prior to your service scheduled timing.
